Management

Martin Heinz, CEO

Martin Heinz studied industrial engineering and holds an Executive MBA from the THM Business School. After his studies, he held the position of Head of Production & Logistics for a company in the automotive supply industry from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, he was responsible for production and purchasing at a leading company for MR sensor technology. Martin Heinz has joined iTAC Software AG in 2003 and has held numerous management positions in the company, including Vice President Product Management and Vice President Operations. Since 2011, he has developed the D-A-CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) business unit as General Manager and has driven the strategic and operational development of iTAC in this role. 

Furthermore, Martin Heinz has been a member of the management board of DUALIS GmbH IT Solution, a subsidiary of iTAC Software AG, since March 2017. He has been involved in various working groups of the ZVEI, the VDMA and the Competence Site for many years, focusing on the topics of traceability, MES and Industry 4.0.  

Martin Heinz has been a member of the iTAC Executive Board since 2020 and was appointed as its Chairman as of January 1, 2025.

Andreas Eckert, CFO

iTAC Andreas Eckert

After graduating with a degree in industrial engineering, Andreas Eckert began his professional career at Deutsche Telekom. In 1998, he switched to Software AG, where he held various positions in Controlling at the national level and, since 2007, at the international level with a management function. Most recently, Andreas Eckert was responsible for Finance & Controlling in the DACH and EMEA EAST regions and led a team of 35 employees. He was also the head of Controlling for Software AG's global Professional Services business.

Andreas Eckert has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of iTAC Software AG since 10.01.2023. In this position, he is responsible for the entire finance and controlling area, HR, internal IT, facility management and related strategic tasks.
